If you have Winkler's disease (CNH) and are here searching for a pillow, this pillow was the solution for me! I have a collection of pillows (sadly) of different firmness, size, and even one I purchased previously with a hole in the middle here on Amazon. Didn't like the one I previously purchased with big hole because i had to keep adjusting the stuffing around it to get it to the right height/density and the hole was so large that my head was falling through. So I gave this new pillow a shot based on the reviews and design and glad that I did! I am a side sleeper who tosses and turns throughout the night and within 3 weeks of using this pillow my pain and embarrassingly large bump on my ear is gone! At first, I found the pillow a bit uncomfortable but that was because the shipped size of it was too high. You can open the pillow case and remove a layer of foam and once I did I slept great! The design is great because having two holes can accommodate either or both ears, and the foam is a good enough density where it's not too firm or too soft for me. Also, as opposed to the one-hole pillow I previously bought where I had to extend my neck at night to get my head/ear to fit, the holes on this pillow are positioned more towards the edge (not center of the pillow) so that I don't have to adjust/extend my head/neck as I sleep to find the hole. Interestingly, the pillowcase that comes with the pillow is not your typical smooth pillow case sheet. I was initially not happy because I tend to be a hot sleeper and prefer cool/smooth sheets. However, I have not had any issues with this pillowcase causing me to be too hot or sweat at night -- it's much more comfortable than I anticipated. So for me, aside from removing the layer of foam, the pillow has been perfect and has improved the bump and pain associated with CNH on my ear and improved my sleep at night! As other reviews have indicated, the pillow may be modified by cutting out some of the foam or using an oversized pillow case to fit in the holes (or if having matching color pillowcases is your thing) if that's your preference, but for me that was unnecessary. If you are a CNH/Winkler's disease sufferer, this pillow may be worth the investment. It was for me!

I absolutely LOVE this pillow! Worth all the money! Would even pay more for it if I had to! I have been using this pillow for 3 months straight now and it has made sleeping SO much easier! I have 10 piercings (5 on each ear) and this pillow is amazing to sleep with. I struggled with the donut pillows for way too long and this pillow changed my life. I no longer wake up with red ears and I can wear whatever earrings I want to bed with no pain! Plus, this still feels like sleeping with a normal pillow, but better for my ears and way cuter than a donut pillow!Note: I did take out the extra foam insert because it was too high for me but I like to sleep with flatter pillows. It still keeps my ears high enough that they don’t touch anything. I got the 3.5†satin version of this pillow (I suggest the satin to help your hair). Amazing pillow! You should buy it!

I tried to use a travel pillow for about a month and a half after getting pierced and kept getting woken up when my head would slip, plus an angry piercing. I decided to invest in this pillow and it has definitely been worth it, just for the ability to sleep without disruption! My snug piercing felt like it instantly healed after using it, whereas it had barely progressed leading up to it.The pillow is, for this side sleeper, a little bit thin. It is closer to 4 inches even with the booster piece (which is also about 2 inches too narrow from either edge of the pillow, but since it's on the bottom you can't see it). It is supportive without being too firm, so that's great.My main complaint is the cover. I got satin because satin or silk are supposed to be better for hair and skin, but the case is very sheer--the green of the foam is much more visible than the camera captures. The cover is also weirdly wrinkly on the top. When it arrived it was already wrinkly but after the first wash it went wild. It certainly adds to how weird the pillow looks but doesn't affect functionality, beyond waking up with wrinkles pressed into my face most days.I think the quality of the foam is good, just a little short. The cover material is sewn well--improperly sewn satin shreds apart but this is solid. However, the fabric is sheer and wrinkly. I would say it's worth it, especially if there's a sale. Or even buy the thinner one and use it on top of another thin pillow to get the same effect for less money.

I love this pillow for whenever I have a new ear piercing, I used to use a travel pillow but it always slides off my pillow at night. But with these built in holes that's not a worry anymore. It's also soft and comfortable with the ability to adjust it's height with the removable insert. I just wish it came with a waterproof cover because the satin cover is a bit thin.

I bought this because I am a side sleeper and got my helix pierced and 3rd hole on both ears pierced. With having new piercings on both ears I did not have a side to sleep on that didn't hurt and I can not sleep on my back (I tried). The first 3 nights after my piercings I had to sleep using my recliner and an airplane pillow until I found and ordered this. Once I had this pillow it was back to bed!This pillow has been absolutely amazing.Best sleep I have ever had, even before the piercings. Zero pressure on the ears and piercings. I think this is part of the reason my piercings have healed so quickly. It has been 2 months and they are doing amazing and I likely will keep using this pillow even after they are fully healed.In the past 2 months of using this pillow there have been many nights that I have slept so well that I have woke up in the same position I fell asleep in and slept so hard I was drooling! 😆I also bought a spare pillowcase so that I had a clean pillowcase to put on when I washed the other while my ears were healing and super suseptible to infection.The holes are not centered on the pillow so those with shorter necks can have it one way and those that need a bit more room can switch it to the other side. It did take a tiny bit to get used to lining my ears up with a hole but that was very minor and so worth it.I also loved the option to remove some of the Memory foam if you did not want it to be as tall.Highly recommend for those with fresh piercings or if you find your ears going numb while sleeping!

This pillow solves the problem of sore ears at night from pillow pressure. Your ear fits over the hole in the pillow. It takes a bit of getting used to, to find the correct spot as you turn at night. But that was not a problem for me. I was tempted after the first two nights to go back to my old pillow, but don't do that. Just hang in there and soon you will find this is very comfortable. I haven't had sore, red ears since I started using this, and that used to wake me up at night several times. So I am getting a better night's sleep. I ordered an extra pillow case for my pillow, which is the same as the cover that comes with it. You will need an extra when the cover goes in the wash. I also washed the cover in cold water to prevent shrinkage. I recommend this pillow if you've been having the sore ear problem at night.

This thing is SO comfortable!!! The pillow itself is really soft, and the design allows me to sleep comfortably without worrying about hurting my ear. I sleep on my right, and the conch piercing I have on that side made it difficult to fall asleep, and my piercings were always sore and irritated in the morning. I've been using a neck pillow instead of a regular pillow for so long 😅 I wish I'd bought this a long time ago. I saw some comments saying that the holes are too high up on the pillow, but I think they're perfect as they are. But I have been told that I have a long neck, so that's something to consider. I still think it's worth trying out even if you have a shorter neck.Something I'd love to see from this company would be pillow protectors and satin pillowcases. The pillowcase that comes with this is soft and (I think) thick enough to protect the memory foam underneath from drool seeping through, but I think a pillow protector to wash instead of being able to wash your pillow might be cool. As for the satin pillowcase, I would just prefer that for the sake of my skin. But the pillowcases that they have now are still really great!This product is 100% worth the cost.

Esta es la almohada más cómoda que he usado jamás. Desde el año pasado empecé a hacerme perforaciones en la oreja derecha y llevaba meses o durmiendo de un sólo lado o usando un cojÃn de cuello para viaje cuando querÃa dormir de ese lado. Era bastante incómodo sinceramente. Los cojines de viaje son muy planos y no dan soporte en el cuello, pero si lo pongo sobre mi almohada normal queda demasiado alto.Bueno, hace unas dos semanas me perforé la otra oreja y pensé que iba a dormir mal por lo menos un par de meses pero aguanté asà que decidà buscar una almohada con agujeros para las orejas. Me decidà por esta porque tiene dos huecos y definitivamente fue la mejor decisión.El soporte de esta almohada es perfecto, es increÃblemente cómoda y ya no sufro del cuello ni de las orejas ni de nada. Me encanta! Mis piercings están sanando perfecto y duermo increÃble. De hecho, duermo mejor que antes de mis perforaciones. Duermo mejor que lo que dormÃa con mi antigua almohada, no es demasiado suave ni demasiado rÃgida. Ahora me entusiasma irme a dormir en las noches.
