Nice foam, nice cover, but should be a few inches taller! Probably a couple inches longer as well. You'll spend the night trying to keep your knees over it.

My legs develop pain and cramping as I sleep. I have found that sleeping on my back with a pillow under my knees reduces the pain I experience. The problem with this is that the bed pillows are too large and do not fit the back side of my knees well. This pillow is narrow and works perfectly for this purpose. I have tried other throw pillows, and those are usually too firm. This pillow is soft and compresses just the right amount to provide the lift needed to put s slight bend into my legs. The pillow comes with a nice zippered cover and makes it easy to launder.

The size of this bolster is good for sleeping without too much pressure on the back of my legs. It's smaller all around, than other pillows. Also, I sometimes sit on the edge of the bed and maybe surf the net or write things -- that's how I'm typing this -- and use the bolster as an armrest.It's nice to have the zippered cover, but it will show the dirt pretty quickly. It's nice and soft, though.It's firmer than I might want, and I'm still getting used to that. All in all, though, it's worth trying.

Pillow comes vacuum packed and compact. No strange smells and not too soft not to firm. Gives the support you'd expect. I use mine as an arm pillow but overall it's very nice. I couldn't ask for more for what it is.

I really like this pillow. It keeps my knees at the right angle so I don't bend them during sleep to cause knee strain to existing injuries. It is a good size to fit under the covers without making it too bulky.
