Out of the box use. - Packaging was easy to understand and I knew what product I had. The packaging was easy to open without sacrificing protection during shipping. I didn't have to worry about cutting the headset with a box cutter to get the headset out. - Packaging made finding each component easy to find and easy to retrieve. Dongles are way too easy to lose and as a consumer I worry about losing the dongle from the packaging. The packaging held onto the dongle securely without making me have to fight to get it out. that is a major plus in my book. The charging station and cord were secure as well. It is also too easy to lose the cord when unboxing and that wasn't a concern with your packaging at all. - Ease of set up without following the directions was pretty good. I know, I know, read the directions. But, in the interest of giving you a review I purposefully did things "wrong". After all consumers will do that and then not accept the consumer caused the problem. So how did that go? Pretty well. I looked at the headset without looking at the directions to figure out what button did what. The on/off slider switch is clearly labelled and easy to figure out. The volume control is not labelled but the raised dots made it very easy to figure out that it was for volume. MFB button was labelled but I had no idea what MFB stood for. Maybe for mute? Nope. The mute button is marked but the etching is pretty subtle though noticeable. So, what the heck is the MFB button? (I do know but that was my thinking at the time).- The headset paired right up with my cell phone. My memory is that it had a 70% charge out of the box. I wasn't taking notes at this time so I am going only by memory this. I called my best friend in another State and talked with them. I was very surprised by the good quality of sound. I’ve used a lot of head sets going back to 1992 in the first call center I worked at. It was an outgoing phone survey place. The sound quality of this headset is very good.- Sidenote about sound quality. Did I mention I’m hard of hearing? I have hearing damage in both my ears. I lose phone (and regular) conversation sounds to background and white noise sounds. I also have a hard time hearing higher pitched sounds. I do not have a hearing aid of any kind.Ongoing use.I went back and read the directions for set up and use. The directions used a font size, shape and “heaviness” that made reading the directions easy. Even for me who wears bifocals. The directions themselves were straight forward and very understandable.- I have made many calls with this headset. I have been in a variety of noise environments during those phone calls. At some point in each of those conversations I would tell the person I was talking to where I was and what I was doing while talking to them. Every single person commented to the effect, “I had no idea. I couldn’t tell at all.” This includes but is not limited to phone calls while driving on freeways and local roads, busy shopping trips and while doing the dishes. I conclude that the background noise filter works incredibly well. Though they can still hear when my dog barks, but getting that noise cancelled at the microphone is probably asking too much.- Battery life. On all cordless devices battery life is a key issue. Understandably. After all we have them for their convenience and having to charge the device can come at very inopportune times and be very inconvenient. The battery life on this headset is superb. I will go so far as to say that in my experience the battery life of this headset far exceeds the battery life of any cordless device I have ever used.- Durability. I haven’t purposefully done anything to the headset to test durability. That doesn’t mean things haven’t happened to the headset. I love how the headset earpiece swivels as much as it does. There have been times where something happened and that swivel meant the earpiece didn’t get broken or bent. That wide angle range swivel also means that no matter how the earpiece is seating on my head, it is comfortable.- The earpiece. I very much like the earpiece. It is comfortable not too soft and not too hard. It sits where you put it and it stays there. This is not true of all head sets but it certainly is of this headset. I don’t have to keep moving it back over my ear so I can hear well the entire conversation. It stays where I put it and I have confidence I won’t miss something said because of that. The sound is very good. My 11-year-old daughter put it on and said, “It tickles!” Which is true. You can feel the vibrations from the speaker in the headset even at low volumes. My only (very minor) issue with the earpiece is that it does create a suction. When I take off the headset, I can feel it sucking on my ear until the seal between my head and the earpiece is broken. This is minorly uncomfortable. I personally am willing to deal with this for the exceptional noise dampening the earpiece provides.Overall this is simply the best headset I have ever used.

I've been using this KH122 Wireless Mono headset for about a week now, and so far it has been a great addition to my WFH equipment. It's incredibly easy to set up, and the controls are simple and intuitive. The sound quality is clear and the microphone picks up my voice without any issues, even in a noisy environment. So it's great for when you're working from home during the holidays with family around.The battery life is great as well. I can go a couple of days without needing to charge it, which is perfect for me because sometimes I forget to place it on the charger when I log off of work in the evenings. It's lightweight and comfortable so I can wear it for extended periods without it squeezing my head and giving me a headache.Overall, I have found this headset to be reliable, user-friendly, and offers excellent value for the price.

Sound quality is excellent on both ends (I’ve asked), and Ive never run out of charge as long as I put back on the stand at night. I also really appreciate the physical on/off switch that you can verify the status as opposed to a button. The swiveling mic boom means you can switch sides depending on which side is more convenient to have the ear pad. Overall I’m very pleased with this purchase.

I’ve been using this headset for some time now, and its lightweight design makes it perfect for long hours of wear. I use it for work and the weight is so nicely and evenly spread over my head that it is easy to forget at times. I like that it can be worn on either ear, depending on what feels more comfortable. The charging dock is nicely designed and easy to use. The dongle connects very easily so you won't have to worry about your Bluetooth connection. After trying several other brands, this one clearly stands out as the best. The sound quality is excellent. Not even in one case anybody had a single trouble with hearing me since I started using it. The model spreads the weight of the headset across the head so your ears don't get hurt after several hours of use making it super suitable for working. The adjustable headband adds extra comfort.Oh, and the mute button, it is absolutely functional and practical. Unlike other models that locate it on difficult to reach places, this model has the mute button on a very straight forward part and it can quickly and easily be used during a conversation. I bought this headset to use it mainly with Teams as I am working from home. It was very easy to install and to use. Sound quality is good. I like the design as well. It came charged and autonomy is very good since I still didn't have to recharge it after few days usage. I recommend this product.

This headset is a great buy for the price! The sound quality is clear, and the noise-canceling mic works really well, even in a noisy environment. It connects easily via Bluetooth, and the USB dongle is a nice bonus for using it with a computer. The charging base is super convenient, so I never have to worry about it running out of battery. Comfortable to wear for long calls too!

This headset was replacing a corded, bulky headset provided by my employer. It works wonderfully, and does everything i need it to! It was very easy to set up and as soon as i put it on you could tell the noise cancelling was immediate! People on the receiving end of my phone calls have let me know that i come in crystal clear as do they on my end! I love the ability to do everything through the headset (answer, end, block calls, change the volume, etc)The only downside is i opted to use this headset for a training course, to which, i sat with it on for 2.5 hours straight and by the 2 hour mark of consistent wear it was getting slightly uncomfortable on the upper ear. I will say, i have small ears and this is a frequent issue for me with all headphones and not a defect with the product.
