I received this product very quickly from the supplier. The product itself didn't work at first. The charge lights did not work and it would not charge the batteries that came with it. I almost sent it back and decided to try another cord that I had already - Presto! It was a bad cord that came with the unit. It works great now and the batteries fully charged gave me 183 minutes of filming on my Canon HF R600.

Have had this product for over a month now. Battery life is good; holds charge well. Double charger is exactly what I needed as I film a lot.

One of the batteries is slightly smaller and does not fit on the charger securely. The camera also goes off while recording, probably because the battery doesn't fit snug. The charger is also defective. One side of it has a constant red light even if the battery is fully charged.
