UNBOXING
While all our foam support pillows are manufactured to the highest standards and free from harmful substances, when any memory foam is enclosed in air-tight packaging over a period of time, sometimes low levels of foam odor can build up.
- Action Tip: When you first open the box and take out the pillow, it's always a good idea to take off the cover and wash it on a low heat with fabric conditioner for optimal freshness. While doing this let the foam pillow air naturally, ideally outside or next to an open window.
SETTING UP
Place your face down pillow with the open end towards your chest and the ventilation arches at the base to ensure a good air flow to your nose and mouth. Make sure the pillow is resting on a flat surface and the ventilation arches are not obstructed by bedding or throws.
- Action Tip: Tension the adjustment cord to adjust the pillow shape for your personal comfort, ensuring the cord is always resting at the base of the pillow.

My face sinks too far down!

- Action Tip: Make sure your forehead is resting on the foam support area at the top of the pillow, rather than the void in the center. This will allow the pillow to support the weight of your head and maintain airflow through the channels. If you don’t rest your forehead on the top support area, it can lead to the sides splaying out and your face sinking too far into the pillow.

My neck aches when lying flat!

- Action Tip: If you find the pillow a little high or you are experiencing stress in the neck or lower back while lying flat, simply lay a normal pillow under your body, lengthwise from your stomach to your shoulders. This will gently elevate your torso, helping to keep your spine in line and ease any tension on your neck or back while using your face down pillow in a flat prone position.
CARING FOR YOUR PILLOW
Memory foam is VERY delicate and should only be sponge cleaned by hand with a very light touch, using as little liquid and gentle cleaning agents as possible. To freshen up, you can simply spray the foam with a fabric freshener and leave to air naturally outside.
The premium removeable cover can be machine washed on a 'Low Heat' or 'Delicates' setting, and while best to hang dry outside, it can be tumble dried on a 'Very Low' or 'No Heat' setting.

I needed this for 3 weeks after a retinal detachment surgery. After the first few days of trying pillows, etc., I ordered this pillow. It was a God send! Looking straight down for 55 minutes every hour of the day for 3 weeks is so boring and uncomfortable but this pillow made it bearable. There is a review or 2 about not being firm enough. I am 69, 5' 11", 180 lbs. and my head only sank 1/2 the way down (my nose was always at least 1" or more above the table with the weight of my heads and shoulders on pillow). The beathing cutouts worked great. I only hope I never have the need to use it again! But I will keep this pillow around just in case.

My father used the Breathe Easy Face Down Pillow after his eye surgery, and it was an incredible help during his recovery. He had to sleep and sit face down for five days, and this pillow provided the support and comfort he needed to get through it. The adjustable cradle design was perfect for keeping him in the correct position while relieving pressure on his face. It’s well-made, easy to adjust, and made a challenging recovery period so much easier for him. Highly recommend this for anyone who needs face-down support, whether for surgery recovery or other needs.

This is great. I can use it so many ways: face down, on my shoulder propped on a window, coiled into a P shape for sleeping sitting up. It took a lot of space in my carryon but it was worth it for the comfortable sleep I was able to get. It is made of sturdy soft fabric and supportive foam. I will be taking this on my future trips.

Although it appears to be good quality with useful instructions, it did not work for me. As another reviewer mentioned, the foam is stiff and there is no support for the chin. It dug into my cheekbone. Amazon allowed me to return.

We purchased this pillow a couple years ago because it looked pretty good. When it arrived we hated it and returned it. Fast forward to recently and we thought maybe we were overly harsh on it so we tried it again. Nope, it is an awful pillow that doesn't make sense to use. The design is absolute garbage. There is no where to rest your chin when you put your forehead on the pillow. This is the WORST design imaginable. DO NOT waste the shipping materials, energy, or give this pillow a second thought. It is TERRIBLE!!!~!~

Updated review (5 stars):I have changed my review from 1 start to 5 stars because seller offered a full refund of the product's cost. I offered to return the product, but they did not require it. Quoting them:"Thank you for getting in touch. I have issued a full refund and there is no need to return the product. We are sorry that our product did not work for you on this occasion and please do not hesitate to contact us if we can help your further."Even though the pillow did not fit me at all, the fact I was able to get a refund (with or without the return) this late in the game indicates great customer service, which means that customer will be satisfied whether the product works or not -- and thus 5 stars.Original review (1 star):Just nope. Horrible on the neck, pushes your face on the cheeks. Absoeffinlutely no.

I was really looking forward to being able to use this at home for massages while being able to breathe. My face is normally mashed into a pillow and I can't breathe or my neck is turned to the side so I can breathe, resulting in a painful neck. The idea behind this pillow is awesome, but the area where the forehead rests is flat. I don't know anyone with a flat forehead, so this was very uncomfortable. While the memory foam was soft-ish, felt great when I squeezed it with my hands, it was far too firm for my head. It didn't seem to give at all. And if I tried to adjust the pillow, the opening just seemed to spread too far and left my face still buried in the bed, not allowing me to breathe comfortably. A few minor adjustments and I feel this would be the perfect solution. I would love it if the company would consider doing so and letting me test it because I would gladly purchase one if it fit right as there doesn't seem to be anything else on the market near this price range.

5 stars plus 10 more! This pillow is a life saver after eye surgery!. Super soft, comfortable and made very well. I would've never spent this much on a pillow but considering I had to lye face down for a week, I wanted a pillow to help ease my discomfort and it did the job!

The perfect pillow for face down sleeping/resting after eye surgery. The cool bamboo cover is very comfortable. It is also easy to remove, wash and air dry. The memory foam cushion means it doesn’t collapse overnight. There is also a drawstring to pull the two “horns†closer together for the ultimate comfort.

I bought this as a gift for a relative who had just had emergency eye surgery. He was really happy with it as it meant he could have his head supported while he kept his head down. I bought him this one and another one so he had a variety of heights to rest his head and therefore use different neck muscles. He found it helpful and used the two for the 10 days while his eye was healing with his head down. It's thick yet soft enough to lay on. He could also see with his good eye.

received a used pillow. Not in plastic. The box had someone else’s shipping label ripped off and is clearly damaged from someone else opening the product.Very disappointed. Initiated return process
