I have a Ham Radio, made by Yaesu. This is one of the big 3 manufacturers of Ham Radios. Why a $1,300 radio was shipped out with a DVI instead of an HDMI port, we will never know. This is the Dongel Yesu recommends for hooking up a HDMI Monitor to the radio

I will keep this because it's a useful little dongle. However, no 5 stars because I feel that the description and the answers re: connecting 2 monitors are a little misleading. You can connect a laptop (Chromebook in my case) to 2 monitors one via DVI and one via VGA. It will detect a second display and let you extend the desktop BUT display 3 can only mirror display 2, so no true triple monitor setup. The instructions that were included state this clearly, but I didn't see it mentioned anywhere in the listing.

I have three different versions of Roku Boxes, a Roku D-XR, a Roku XD, and a Roku Express+ I just bought. The HDMI input to DVI output does not appear to work with any of these boxes. I have tried this product twice, as the first version I received appeared to be in defective condition. The HDMI input cable had loose connections. Audio transmitted fine, but no video. When the cable was wiggled, you could see brief flashes of the video signal. I am very disappointed, as I wanted to use my old Dell monitor/speakers to watch my Roku XD and this product appeared to be perfect for that. Apparently this product does not work with any of the above Roku products.

Only gave 3 stars because it only does 1/2 of what it is claiming. No matter how many things are plugged into the adapter, it will only show 1 extra screen.

This item worked to convert the signal from my 3rd Gen Apple TV to my older VGA input projector (2007 model). Several similar cheaper HDMI to VGA converters I tried before this one did not work. So very pleased this one works.Update: does not work with a newer model Apple TV I just tried to set up. So YMMV.

Used this cable port to connect my laptop to two monitors and it worked perfect! My laptop only has an HDMI input and this cable worked like a charm and saved me lots of money when compared to installing a docking station. I would recommend to anyone looking for a cable for this purpose, I am certain there are lots of other uses as well.

Da mein TV keinen Audio Eingang hat ist dieses Teil super. Ich stecke es an den Receiver und von dem Teil an den TV. Nun habe ich es einver mit dem mitgelieferten Audiokabel mit meinem sub verbunden und es geht. Habe endlich richtigen Sound jetzt.Leider zeigt es kein Signal an wenn ich es an den Amazon Fire Stick anschließe. Aber das macht nichts. Es erfüllt für mich seinen Zweck.

Multiport valido per presentazioni in giro per il mondo. Permette la trasformazione di un hdmi in una qualsiasi porta vga, dvi e presenta un'altra hdmi in uscita e l'audio con jack 3.5mm. Permette inoltre di duplicare gli schermi in quanto troviamo la stessa immagine su ogni porta in uscita del dispositivo
