Seems to be very well made and works well. Like most things usage and length of time will determine longevity

It's great the only issue I have is the top 1/4 20 threads are slightly tilted but not enough to cause an issue. it is very tall just like I expected/ wanted. and with a good tripod, it is very sturdy.

Sturdy and functional for what my needs are. However, to call itself a monopod with no type of rubber or pointed end that would go in the ground is a bit misleading. Can it be used as a monopod? Sure, but you're going to get garbage inside of the threaded shoe that is what is used when attaching to a tripod for use as an extender. It works great as an extender - they need to drop monopod from the description unless they start including a nice stopper for the end that would go in the ground.

Does the job. Easy to use to film from my iPhone or Camcorder. I put a Fourth Arrow Monopod Stake on the bottom and on top is Nycete Fluid Head with a Painted Arrow Mag Pro Head.

Yes, a real 5-star review! I bought 4 different monopod / telescoping extension rods to try out for hanging lights, cameras, and microphones in my studio. There was this one, which is printed with “Manbily LR-255†on the pole despite having a different company name in the listing, a Kodak for 35, Acuvar at 14, and Auray at 20.This one is my favorite. The cheaper ones all feel too cheap and flimsy. The Auray ones I’ve had a while and they break easily, including pole bends and parts coming unglued. The Acuvar is the same feel as the legs of a cheapie tripod. Will get the job done for a part time enthusiast with nothing to prove, but doesn’t feel professional. The more expensive Kodak is pretty slick, with strong piles and quality lever locks that are a bright yellow (good in a dark studio). But for 1/3 less cash, i really like this one just S much. The poles feel very sturdy and it has some weight to it. The smallest pole still feels thick enough that it should hold up well to heavier equipment. The shiny red metal on each connector feels elegant and classy. And it folds u the smallest of the bunch.I can’t comment yet on the quality of the 1/4†thread coming out the camera end. I plan to superglue 5/8†mic stand adapters to each end to reinforce them for added weight and then use an adapter if i need to go to 3/8 or 1/4. Or epoxy. I figure this may give a little extra strength.I’d say this one exceeded my expectations. It feels like pro quality for cheap.

This monopod is solidly constructed and the surfaces are nicely machined. It's definitely worth what I paid for it. It also folds up very compactly, which is great, but now I can't find it...

This aluminum alloy monopod extension rod has been a game-changer for my photography setup! It’s made of high-quality materials with a CNC integrated molding process, making it both durable and lightweight. The universal 1/4-inch screw head fits perfectly with all my equipment, allowing me to quickly mount my camera or other devices without hassle. One of the best features is the adjustable height; with five extension pipes, I can set it anywhere between 33.5 to 108cm (13.2 to 42.5 inches). It’s ideal for capturing shots at various heights, and I can easily adjust it on the go thanks to the simple knob lock system. This lock system adds a layer of reliability, keeping the extension rod steady and secure even in challenging outdoor conditions.Despite its lightweight design, it can handle a load of up to 5kg (11 lbs), which gives me confidence when using it with heavier gear. I’ve taken it on hikes and camping trips, and it’s proven to be both compact and portable, fitting easily into my gear bag. If you need a dependable, adaptable monopod extension for outdoor or travel photography, I highly recommend this one!

Got this to extend the reach of my GoPro - it does just what I needed. It is well made, light and portable. I like the option to use it with a tripod, comes in handy for long videos (i.e. kids sports)
