Good beginner kit with everything you need to get started. My only complaint is with the rack. It's too big for my small pot and too small for my big pot. I'm sure there are pots out there that can make good use of the rack, but it didn't work for me. Other than that, everything else works like it should.

I decided to start up a new hobby. Canning. I was looking for a started kit and found this one. It had such great reviews, sonI gave it a shot. I agree so much with all the good reviews. It had all the tools I needed to start canning. They worked well, pretty simple to use.

I purchased this product for my brother and sister in law as a thank you gift. During our visit we partispated in making plum jelly. The jelly came out fantastic but the hard part was they did not have the proper tool. So I saw this product and they loved it

The tongs for hot jars do not really grip on the jars very good unless very specifically placed. If you can find a curved one, get it. Other than that, I have had no problems with this set.
