The stand is very solid and weights fit in really nicely. No issues with being able to access the weights as there is ample room for your hands. Everything came very well packed and in perfect condition. Had an issue with the incorrect weights being sent (2 sets of 5lb & a 7lb instead of an 8) but CAP customer service took care of it immediately. This set makes a nice addition to my workout room.

I am no expert in dumbbells, but I am happy so far with this very recent purchase. It arrived a week after ordering. The rack and each pair of dumbbells were in separate boxes, so there were six boxes total. One of the dumbbell boxes was slightly damaged but it didn't affect the dumbbells themselves. The rack requires assembly. I'm terrible at this sort of task, but even I found it to be quite straightforward, though a little elbow grease was required to tighten the bolts. There's an allen wrench included for the nuts but you need your own adjustable wrench to fit the bolts to tighten them. It takes a little time because there are a number of bolts to screw into place. I suggest leaving them all just slightly tightened until it is completely assembled so you can align things to your satisfaction before final tightening of the bolts. I couldn't get the top piece to fit exactly flush but it is close enough. The rack is sturdy and the dumbbells seem to be good quality. I noticed reviews for another dumbbell set from this company complained about a toxic rubber smell. These are neoprene-coated and I may notice a faint smell when I hold one next to my nose but nothing in the least bothersome. One of the rubber guards on the rack is not glued in place so I have to deal with that minor headache. So there are two minor issues (the loose rubber guard and the slight misalignment on the top piece) neither of which is a big deal at all. I'd give 4.5 stars if that were an option, and the price (especially the discounted Black Friday price I got) make these a really good deal. If you are a newbie, be aware that these may be too light for stronger people as the heaviest dumbbell pair is only 15 pounds each. These are perfect for me to get started toward my goal of increasing my strength and they may be for you too.[Edit] I'm reading other reviews indicating that some received one pair of dumbbells that were not black as all the others are. For the record, mine are all black. I'd definitely be miffed if one set weren't, because it would be a hassle to return everything and then hope a replacement was all black. Seems like a simple enough quality control issue for the company to address. Better yet, offer a selection of colors (for the entire set, not mix and match within the set).

Great products, good price, designs but i don't know why all.the weight plus stand .they each come not together as a whole. I get some early than delivered date, I get some late after delivered is complete on amazon account. If one get stolen it will suck and it is hard to explained. Overall great item for it price

Well made. Generous handle length. Neoprene coating is nice. Easy to assemble and well packaged in multiple boxes.Minus 1 star for the fact that I received one pair of weights that were marked with a different font than the rest. My OCD isn't too bad, but when you're buying a matched set of weights, consistency is expected.I was also put off by the horrendous odor of coal tar. You'll want to let these air out for a day or two before bringing them inside.

Quality for the price. I could barely buy a set of 15lb weights for 3/4 of the price I got this product. It’s quality, the stand is durable and the weights are comfortable.

The 10 lb. set of dumbbells came in an off color and does not match the rest of the set which is black. I tried to see if there was a way to exchange just the one that was mismatched but Amazon wants me to return the whole thing which seems like a big hassle because the set is still functional. It is just going to look bad and bother me when I look at it and it doesn't match. The 10 lb. set to replace is almost half of what I paid for the whole set so I am undecided on just returning the whole thing and getting a different brand. It may be worth it to have it look nice even if I pay a little more for a different set. The set itself seems nice and I would have been very happy with it had it all matched.
