I’m not a pro at installing sound deadening material. So I couldn’t compare this tool to anything. I installed some material in my trunk and it worked perfect. The price is good and I’m sure I could use it again. Good deal for what I needed.

Applied insulating sheets to the interior of my 78 Ford. These did exactly what they were intended to do. Because they leave a sort of ridge, I could tell where I had gone over the sheets.

This urethane wheeled roller is much better for installing car soundproofing mats, because it never rips or damages the mat like the metal ones do. I'm also a drywall finisher and this tool works very well for activating pressure sensitive glue when installing vinyl corner beads and accessories. Great tool, good quality, excellent price.

I used these to install Amazon Basics Butyl sound deadening in Fiat Ducato doors, both front and rear doors, and soon the sliding side door. I found all three sizes had their area of best to use. I do recommend buying this three roller set. The small roller not only can get into smaller areas but can also apply a lot more pressure. Then use the wider rollets to go over the complete area where they can fit to make an overall good adhesion.

This is the second time I’ve ordered these only because I liked them so much I bought additional units for our crew to use as well. We use these to roll tapes. They do a great job and last a long time.I recommend these to anyone that wants a long lasting roller. No thin plastic in this tool.
