Love that my cats misery from her home being invaded by a local cat that’s got his own home is solved. Worked perfectly from day one, set up in patio pet door with leftover styrofoam and thick foam weather stripping, which holds in place very well for my nine pound sweetheart. A little ingenuity easily made it fit. She quickly learned that if she wants her freedom she has to use it. The click of the lock was off-putting at first but she got over it. I explained all the wonders of her microchip until I’m sure she wondered if I’d ever shut up! And even if I have to buy another at some point, it’s well worth the $80 and more.

This door works great for keeping strays out. Although, It randomly activates a while after a cat has passed through.

I have installed two of these cat doors to partition my house for cats that don't always get along. One cat has an area all to herself, while she is allowed to roam the entire house. Another cat can roam the house except for the other cat's private room. The third cat can only roam in the basement, due to litterbox issues.This allows me to open and close doors for people, without risk of trapping a cat on the wrong side.The doors have flexibility so I can turn off the locks if I wish to allow roaming while I can supervise, and I can even lock doors entirely if I need to leave town for a day or two.The only difficult part of installation was cutting through my solid wood door.

This door was easy to program and works as it should. We had a little problem (our understanding of how it was supposed to work, not an actual problem), and the customer service to trouble shoot was great!

Programmed this for my two cats and it checked out fine, installed and it no longer worked. Reprogrammed it work for a couple of entries then it quit working again. Tried to reprogram again and it would not take the chips. Disappointed will have to try and find a different one.

I just installed it, and it seems to work with my cats chips for Id's the vet Put inside their skin. I will update if something changes although I registered the product and they gave me 3 years peace of mind 😌

I have an automatic feeder that's locked until the cat with the chip on the collar comes up and it opens. There's three other cats in the house other than mine, and 2 have managed to find a way to open the feeder and eat his food. I got this and got it installed on my bedroom door, and so far it has worked great! The other cats can't get through and it deters them, they lose interest in trying to get in to get to the feeder. I have tried so much before this to keep them out such as boundary training (it has worked great with having them not run outside when a door opens) but since this was to get to food they WOULD NOT STOP lmao. I was tired of locking my cat out of his room and have to periodically let him in to eat.

Stevig en degelijk kattenluik die we jaren eerder hadden moeten kopen. Alleen onze eigen gechipte katten komen nog binnen. Die van de buren komen niet meer door het luik en moeten een ander toilet zoeken dan onze woonkamer. Programmeren van het luik is simpel.Zeer tevreden over dit product.

Die Katzenklappe ist einfach zu montieren und einfach zu programmieren. Das heißt: bei unseren Katzen war natürlich ein wenig Überredungskunst mit Leckerlis notwendig, damit sie durch das Türchen gehen, aber als sie es gemacht haben, wurde der Chip sofort einprogrammiert.Man hört immer ein "Klick"-Geräusch, wenn eine Katze nach Hause kommt, aber das stört uns nicht – im Gegenteil. So wissen wir gleich, dass einer wieder da ist. Es hat auch nicht lange gedauert, bis unsere Katzen die Klappe angenommen hat – aber das hängt sicher von dem Charakter einer Katze ab. Können die Klappe uneingeschränkt empfehlen!
