So far, we are very satisfied with the construction and quality of this shade sail. The 1 inch flat solid nylon webbing that the sail is built with goes around the entire perimeter. The attachment D-rings on each of the points are nice and heavy. The weight and gauge of the sail fabric seems to be perfect. It’s not too light and it’s just dense enough to provide about an 80% reduction in overall sunlight. Full Arizona sun murders everything except for rocks and dirt so we will be sure to update this review after it’s had a chance to sit out for a year. We have used this fabric before as a row cover and it held up pretty well so I’m optimistic. We did allow about 18 inches to 2 feet between the attachment points to give us plenty of adjustment as the sales stretches overtime. We attached two points to the house and then the 3rd to a 3†inch pole installed about 3.5 feet into the ground and that seems to be more than adequate for the High winds We get out here in southern Arizona.Shipping was super fast. We received our shade sail shipped directly from the manufacture within two days from ordering, and we live way out in the boonies so that’s saying something.

This is a replacement for the same shade that lasted 3 years in the brutal South Carolina sun, rain and wind. It's well made and sturdy.

It works! Definitely cooler under the shade. It’s been through some very heavy rain storms and is holding up well. We’re in Texas and it’s late May so we have yet to see how it will hold up to the intense heat we get over summer. We did take down a corner when we had hail an tornado warnings. It seemed somewhat difficult to install. My husband made more than one trip to the hardware store. (But he likes going there lol). I also ordered the wrong size to start with so that didn’t help. The return was easy and the right size replacement came quickly. You just can’t beat the price for something that provides this much shade. A pergola would have cost thousands. Will update later if it doesn’t hold up.

We live in the Caribbean and need shade for our pool during the hot summer months to keep the water temperature down and to keep the sun off us while swimming. It brought the temperature down from 91 to 86 in a week of being installed. The color works well with the pool tiles as well.

We got this to account. Keep leaves out of our above ground pool. It does a great job of doing that. It’s also nice to have a little shady spot to hang out in the pool on those hot summer days in Florida.

I used the triangle shade sail right next to my covered patio to shade a bit more of the patio. My patio faces south so in the summer it gets rather hot. It was fairly easy to install. I bought the ratchet kit and it had the parts I needed. I really like the aqua/teal color I picked. It makes my patio are look cool, even when it’s hot out!

Good construction should last a few years. We have had wind, hail and heavy rain for days, no issues other than I have adjusted the tension twice now. My advice would be to adjust the tension when the sail is dry not wet that way it wont be too tight. No hardware is included. I mounted mine on the house on an inside corner. I used three "Pad Eye Plates" as anchor points mounted on my house, two "Hook & Hook Turnbuckles" for adjusting tension, three "Quick Links" and some Jack Chain. All of those items can be found on Amazon. I have turnbuckles on both ends with about 10" of jack chain connected to the pad eye plates with quick links and the middle is anchored directly with a quick link to a pad eye plate.Update: We recently had 65mph wind gusts and we had no issues at all, we have also had heavy rain, it does sag during heavy rains and after. That said I have made an additional adjustment to the the tension. I suggest that you mount your anchor at approximately 10% of the length of the sail from the eyelet. For example my sail is a 25 foot sail, so I have my two outer mounts approximately 27.5 feet from the center mount, this way I can adjust the tension as the sail stretches. I AM STILL VERY HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE!

Turned out to be an excellent product. The instructions are a little lacking and in my opinion the screws that came with the kit were too short but quickly got a 24 x 24 shade sail up in about 2 hours.
