I have installed about 10 of these. This switch seems to be of very good quality. But there is no room for any joints to be made inside. A separate junction box is needed if not attaching directly to the panel. Only once I’ve had to locate this switch several feet from the panel.

UPDATE: Connecticut Electric Customer Service eventually responded to my emails and provided me with the wiring diagram, which allowed me to correct the incorrect wiring from the factory. Upgraded my review from one star to two.ORIGINAL REVIEW: This product was wired incorrectly. The instructions clearly state that in addition to all of the red and black wires coming out of the side, there should also be a green and a white wire. There is no green wire and there were two (not one) white wires.Upon further investigation, I realized that the white wire wasn't attached to anything (see pictures) and additionally, there was also no white wire coming from the bottom (which was also mentioned in the instructions.I've reached out to the manufacturer to try to resolve this, but was told that because I'm not a distributer (i.e. Amazon, Home Depot, etc.), they're not going to talk to me. I would return this to Amazon, but unfortunately, I'm outside of my 30-day return window.Wish me luck in trying to rewire this piece of junk. I hope I don't burn my house down!
