We ordered an inside mount Roman shade. The vendor contacted us within minutes to make sure they got exact measurements, and within about a week we received the shade. Unfortunately it was exactly an inch too wide which simply wouldn't work with an inside mount. I contacted them through Amazon and they were extremely apologetic. Within a week we received a perfectly sized shade. It looks great and appears to be made of quality materials.Any vendor can make an honest mistake. A great vendor corrects it promptly and courteously. Blindzup is a great vendor. I would definitely not hesitate to order from them again, and probably will soon.

Amazing quality and seller! They contacted me almost immediately after purchase to recommend 1/4" be subtracted from our width measurement to ensure proper fit for hanging and it is perfect! Easy installation and the fabric is exactly as we expected. The price and service was impeccable and it arrived weeks ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend!

Excellent communication from the seller and the size, they knew what I needed. The blinds arrived faster than I expected and the packaging was sturdy. As soon as I opened the box I was excited, they were the perfect color and texture. Very easy to install and use. I can quickly pull them down as the sub starts to heat up the room. They reflect the light inside the room so it's bright whenI close them. My pics were on a stormy day in the high desert.I will be ordering more for the rest of my house!

I ordered this blinds as a standard size but received a message asking if I needed them made as a custom size. We messaged a few times to get measurements The fit is perfect and I am very happy with the quality.
