My none stick pans were needing a replacement so I asked my chef friend what she would recommend. This line was it. So happy I talked to her. The first thing I made was a pork roast. One of the best I ever made, according to my husband. Came out nice and tender and full of flavor. And the clean up was easy peasy!! This is such a versitale piece. Everyone should own one of these.
