They look and work good and a great price for 6 of them but take away a star for being all plastic. The threaded part is plastic and not metal like it should be so one stripped out super easily. Also be careful when soldering cuz it’ll melt the plastic as I did on the first one I installed but that was user error and not paying attention. They’re good for the price and work as should and fun to use. I’ll try to remember to update with a video clip of me using it but it works the same as any other kill switch. I’ll be adding to a few more of my guitars since I don’t use a tone knob at all and this is better than putting a plastic cap in the extra hole in the guitar body.

I wanted to install a “stutter button†on my telecaster, but wanted something small enough to go between the volume and tone knobs. This was perfect, and I appreciate that there were 6 in the package because I trimmed the wires too short on my first installation attempt. I probably would have bought without the wire leads pre-attached but after receiving them I think I’m glad to have them this way. The switch action is just stiff enough, and I like that the switch is low profile so I don’t hit it unintentionally. These were just right for me!

The color faded after being parked in the sun for two days. Turned brown. The reason I got black was so it was stealthy but now it stands out.

I used one of these to add a trunk latch button to my 2006 mustang, and it looks and works great. Blends right in, plus I’ve got 5 more if I ever need to add more buttons to the dashboard :)
