They are great to control the humid smellThat sometimes bathrooms or cornea in the houses get. I have one in each bathroom, and even in the closets. The water capacity it’s great and the design it’s so easy to use. Works well

We are in Texas so humidity is a constant in summer. We live in an RV, I am constantly watching for mold due to the humidity. FortunatelyI have never found any mold. I keep 4 of these situated in different place. No issues at all. I reuse them which is very cost effective. And takes minutes.

Great product to get rid of moisture and prevent mold. This is so easy to use and really works. When all the silica is used up, and there is nothing left but water, you just dump in the toilet.

This product seems to work as I can see water starting to pool at the bottom of the container which is great. I use these in the corners of my camper slide outs where water seems to pool when it rains. A temporary measure while I'm waiting to find a fix. Been using one container for almost 2 weeks now and its collected just under a 1/4" of water.However when I opened the container for the first time, the inner baskets that hold the beads were broken on all 4 containers. Because there's a lip holding the basket up inside the outer container, and because the item was shipped with the beads inside the basket, the weight of the beads being jostled during shipping broke the thin plastic baskets in half which was a bit annoying. Not worth returning them though, I just taped the baskets back together and as long as there's some gaps at the bottom for liquid to drip through it seems to work just fine. Would be nice if they packaged the beads separately from the containers though so I don't have to tape every single basket together.

Before I ordered this I read reviews and a lot of them said that the crystals just sticked together and didn’t melt. I ordered it anyway to try it out. It did stick together for the first few weeks but I just left it alone and after another few weeks they finally dissolved. Have some patience and they will dissolve. This is in our bedroom I’m not sure of the exact size but it is fairly big (the master bedroom of a 2-bed apartment), it did absorb moisture and decreased the mold/mildew smell from our room. Our apartment unit is under some dirt so it’s moist here all the time and there is mold every time. We always repaint the walls with mold paint every year during spring or summer (we live in WA). The scent of the product is okay though, it’s not strong. Make sure to paint your walls with thick anti-mold paint to completely get rid of the mold and mold smell though. But the product does a great job with absorbing, just have patience.This is not a paid review.
