I've purchased 2 other valve spring compressors that were supposedly universal but didn't work on my Pentastar 3.6.This item however did work and got the job done.A little cheaply made but it worked.I would recommend.

The pipe frame just bent out before the spring even started to compress. My husband will try welding gussets in to strengthen it. He tried a different style tool and the spring compressed right down - so it wasn't an issue with the spring.

treads were crooked and tool was all over to place when trying to used. not true treads. valve spring cup kept falling off tool as the little ball that holds it on was missing.
