This review is for RPTCOTU 3-Pin Bilateral Wiring Switch Inline Cord Switch DPST AC 20A-125V 16A-250V IP67 With On/Off Switch Quick Connect/Disconnect with Power Cord on Both Ends 40 cm each for RV,Kitchen and Bath.(AC)This is a DPST switch rated at 16A contained in a waterproof surface mount box. The switch has a accordion type gasket that allows the rocker movement without allowing water or dust to get inside. The box can be mounted to a flat surface using two bosses that have 0.175" screws (4mm), The action of the switch is firm and makes a click when operated.The switch contacts have about 20 milliohms resistance, which is acceptable for 16A of current.I am using this to control a 1.5HP 220V exhaust fan in my shop. While it might get slightly wet, the main advantage in this use is resistance to dust and coolant spray. If one wanted to use this outdoors, the input and output leads could be spliced using two waterproof splice boxes available on Amazon.Recommended.

It was easy to install this on the outside of my shed to run exterior lights, it's out in the weather and works perfectly.

This is a very well made and heavy duty switch. This works great to shut off power to equipment when I don't want power to them. Very happy with the quality and build of this switch.

It should light when switch is on but it doesn't!
