I bought a different "comfort height" model of this product which turned out to be only trivially taller than the toilet I already had so I ordered this one. It is not only taller, but overall larger (in all dimensions) which makes it look familiar and appropriate en-situ.I bought the taller toilet because I am a large man and have some joint mobility challenges. This model with it's overall large scale has been perfect, providing plenty of height and stability without looking awkwardly out of place or proportion.Installation was awkward due to the appearance skirt built in, but I look forward to the cleaner, sleeker, easier to maintain look. We failed to follow the instructions to attach the supply hose to the toilet before installing and ended up struggling a lot to get the hose attached after it was installed. That was aggravated by the way the manufacturer (very helpfully) installs an adapter on that fitting so that either of the two standard supply hose sizes can be used. In our case, the size we were set up for required removing the adapter. Had we done that attachment before the toilet was in place, we would have known this and handled it immediately. Caveat Installer!The flush mechanism is designed to offer a short and long flush alternative but both require holding the button down longer than makes sense to me, so it requires a little extra attention to get a proper flush.Overall I am happy with the product and thankful for a somewhat less expensive alternative than the more familiar name brands, especially for these larger toilets.

I'm 6'3 and so is my spouse, minus a foot. I own two of these. Only one is installed and has been for about 6 months now when we renovated that bathroom. We love it, it's been incredible. We are installing the second one soon as we renovate the bathroom it's going into. I'm currently placing a third order for our kid's bathroom now.Pros: heated seat, heated water, auto flush, auto open seat, pre-rinsing the bowl once seated, air ventilation when you're doing your stinky business.Cons: Toilet seat and cover are plastic, likely for the seat to heat up quickly and to keep the weight minimal for the auto-open and close. Sometimes I notice a whining sound that isn't the air filtration and I'm hoping this isn't something that will worsen over time or fail. It's only been 6 months and it's an expensive fixture.

Do NOT order this product thinking that you are getting a bidet. Even though the description says Bidet, there isn’t a bidet/water cleaning feature. Ordered, paid for the plumber and the description was completely inaccurate. Just a toilet.

Never bought a toilet before and was scared to get one of Amazon. But, I’m here to tell you that this is a toilet. It’s the right size, it’s sturdy, has a clean design and just does everything you’d want a toilet to do. If I ever need to buy another toilet, I’ll get this one again 🫡

No corners or crevices for icky stuff to hide makes for quick and easy Cleaning. Have had to reattach the inner hose a couple times. Does not always flush consistently, but I think that may be due to water pressure in our house? Slow lowering lid is not is great as it sounds when Hubby left the seat up and you run in and need to use the seat immediately. Due to frequent overrides of the slow close seat, that aspect stopped working quickly.
