This was a perfect replacement for a Dexel 1759-1699. In my case, it was installed on a MIgali C-49FM-HCE Two door glass-front freezer. I only had to adjust the set temp to my preferred -4 degrees. I did confirm this replacement with MIgali tech support before installing. It arrived in 2 days! Take a pic before you disconnect the old controller, wire it exactly the same and you're good to go.Update: This controller came set up for an electric evap. defrost. The model freezer I have uses a refrigerant defrost. This caused the evap coil to ice- up. You will porbably need to call MIgali tech suppoort to program this unit to the specs your freezer requires.

Preprogrammed for freezer didn't do nothing but switch wires over to it.

worked great on my walk in cooler, just need to disable one option in the settings menu to ignore a sensor my fridge doesn't use. And if anyone was wondering it can be use on fridges and Freezers.

I mistakenly took the word of another review. This Controller doesn't go above 0 degrees Fahrenheit. Therefore not able to work in a cooler, only a freezer. Unless he found some hidden setting that I couldn't find. I read the documentation numerous times and found no way to change that setting.
