I bought four of these for four dogs. We live on three acres. I attempted to set up on the first one with no luck. Kept being forwarded to something unrelated. Opened up the second box and had the same difficulties. The directions were ridiculously small. It seemed to miss a number of steps. It offered limited information. I was using an Android which is scenario one when it talks about app downloads. Overall very disappointed and will be returned to Amazon ASAP.

Tag has a QR Code on the back that links the scanner to a page with your pups profile on it and it's totally worth it! It's peace of mind for us and we don't have to pay for a monthly subscription to use it! 5 stars!

My dogs are out front (out in the country) and this stupid thing, I decided to give it one more day to see what happens. It says my dogs are in town. GPS does not work! The other day, it said the dogs were 45 min away with me.

Unfortunately, I am unable to provide an accurate review of this dog GPS tracker at this time. Upon receiving the package, I noticed that the box was open and I only found the collar and a battery inside. It is possible that there was a fault with the packaging or that some component was lost during transport. Since I have not been able to test the entire product, I cannot give an opinion on its performance. I hope to be able to resolve this situation so that I can share a more detailed review in the future.

Hard to get it to pair with phones. After many tries, finally got it to work with one phone. Weird beeps freak the dog out. Cannot use.
