After repainting my truck I decided to replace the antenna because I thought it may help an issue where I wasn't getting signal. It didn't fix my problem, but it did reassemble well.

Ordered to replace an oem. Was easy to install, only takes minutes. Doesn’t quiet fit as snug in factory hole as OEM, but it works perfectly. I matched it with a 17†flex off road antenna, and the reception was impressive. I recommend this product to anyone looking for a new one.

Item was a perfect replacement for my 2016 Ram 1500. Installation was easy. My radio reception is now perfect. I did upgrade my antenna but I know this new antenna base helped.

This base went in easily enough....(after disassembly of wheel well, and removal of interior kick panels),Only to have the stubby antenna and guts ripped out of the base at the car wash!How does this happen?Even though it was more expensive, I purchased the Dorman as their reputation is good.This was not the expected result I was looking for

Todas las partes que asientan o conectan con el vehÃculo embonan perfectamente. La base traba ligeramente (como debe) antes que se rosque la tuerca para asegurarlo, el empaque de hule pasa-cable ajusta exacto en el orificio de la carrocerÃa y la terminal de conexión interna se conecta sin problema. Incluso viene con un clip/grapa de plástico para fijarse a un ojillo que trae la carrocerÃa en la parte que tapa la vista de plástico debajo del tablero. No podÃa esperarse menos de un accesorio Dorman.
