Very clever tool, easy to use. The alignment of the panel is done after the drawers have been installed, which will always be correctly leveled whether the drawer is installed slightly off or not. I get the hang of it just with a little practice. Very nice tool to keep in the shop.

Works on some drawer fronts and drawer combinations and was great when it fit. Needs additional attachments so it works on more drawers

This is a useful tool for those that like to build their own cabinets. In the interest of full disclosure, as a trusted and unbiased Amazon reviewer, I was able to request this product free of charge.Seems pretty durable. The bar is stainless steel, but the rest of it appears to be plated steel. The tool accommodates a total thickness (drawer front + false front) of 2 inches with a minimum thickness on the scale indicating 1.3 inches. I'm assuming this is really 1 1/4 inches so you can insert the tool and then squeeze the handle to cinch it up.The minimum spacing between drawer fronts would be just over 1/16 of an inch if you can fully close the drawer and allow the frame of the tool to set the spacing between drawers. To work properly the tool requires that the false front extend about 3/4 inch above the door frame. The tool also includes a second set of guides for false fronts to extend approximately 1 1/2 inches above the door frame.I tend to make utility cabinets and I have the false fronts extend a fraction of the above dimensions. This allows me to maximize the space of the drawers. This still allows some usage for the tool although I will not be able to close the drawers but can get approximately 5/8 of an inch away.If I knew this before, I probably would not have requested these, but this is not a fault of the tool. This is just something to be aware of depending on the types of cabinets that you build.

I’ve been installing cabinets for decades and these are by far quickest and easiest to use clamps for drawer fronts I’ve ever used. Basically an automatic version of the common screw knob face clamps that have become more common in the past couple decades. These are adjustable and to fit all common drawer and face stock sizes. Preset depths for standard cabinets. Best to adjust all your drawers in each tower the same before you start installing faces. I still like to throw horseshoe shims between each drawer face especially modern ones with tight tolerances. These will definitely get you close and square to the drawers but if the rails for the slides are off even a little bit or your preset drawer adjustments are askew, going off the preset depths might not give you the perfect results you want. Build quality is excellent with the majority of the construction looking to be stainless. Easy to adjust and set depths with the Philips head screwdriver included if speed and ease of use are important to you then these are well worth the price up front. Banging out drawers at twice the speed. Mostly a headache reducer of a tool. Figured out to put the first clamp in the middle to start, as the second clamp and then move the first one from the middle to the right or left. One clamp will hold most faces temporarily while you get the other one in place. Functions better than the old screw knob style and keeps production moving with less frustration. My grading scaleMy ratings are based on one or more of the following characteristics. Please note I consider 4 stars a very high rating.* 1 Star - unsatisfactory - poor quality - misleading or false ad copy - would not recommend to anyone* 2 Stars - below expectations, needs improvement - inferior materials And/Or design - poor value* 3 Stars - meets reasonable expectations of quality, design and durability at the price point* 4 Stars - Exceeded expectation - above average performance of materials, design and craftsmanship - good value - would recommend* Five stars - Truly outstanding - exceptional quality and design - exceeded all expectations of materials, design, craftsmanship, durability and value. Would recommend without any reservations5 point rating scale:* 1 - Unsatisfactory* 2 - Needs improvement* 3 - Meets expectations* 4 - Exceeds expectations* 5 - Truly outstanding

I've only used these once, and they were a godsend because they worked great for centering a stack of drawer fronts in my kitchen. I'm a retired cabinet maker, and it's been a while since I've had to engage in the craft. Not to mention, I've either sold off or given away many of my tools. Anyways, I got these because they looked neat and handy. If I had a set of these 20 years ago, I could have shaved hours off of my cabinet installs. This jig allows you to set a measurement and forget it quickly, and if you run into issues (everyone does), you can adjust it on the fly to compensate for those cumulative errors that didn't get caught in the shop. You cabinetmakers know what I mean.
