Recipe
Ingredients:
1 egg, 60g granulated sugar, 3g salt (you can leave out the salt if you don't like it), 60ml milk, 120g low gluten flour, 8g baking powder for baking, 60g unsalted butter
Directions:
(1) Whip the eggs into an egg wash, add sugar and salt, and mix well with a whisk.
(2) Pour in milk and mix well with a whisk.
(3) Sift the low gluten flour and baking powder into a bowl and stir with a whisk until there are no particles.
(4) Add the pre-melted butter and mix until smooth.
(5) Preheat the machine and brush the baking sheet with oil. Make sure to pour the batter enough to fill the doughnuts, otherwise they will not be round enough to bake and bake! Bake for 3-5 minutes, do not fasten while baking to avoid damaging the machine.
(6) Make the donuts Drizzle with chocolate sauce. Sprinkle with sugar pins, strawberries, coconut and other decorations.

I haven't used this many times but the times I have I really enjoyed it. I had some muffin mix that I whipped up and spooned into the donut maker and it cooked them very quick. Like 3-4 minutes and they were done. I'm gonna try brownies when I get some eggs.The reason I took a star off is because there is absolutely no recipe book included. I don't know a recipe to use for "donuts" to use with this. I'm really at a loss on anything but muffin mix currently but it's a trial and error.When I received this product it was shattered. Whoever packed it into the shipping box just put a product that had a huge gash in the side of the product box. It wasn't a small one either. The outer shell of the maker was shattered. I asked for a replacement and they sent it very quick so I didn't take off any stars for that since it wasn't the products fault and the seller stood by their product. I just wish there was a recipe book!

No where in this listing does it tell you how big the donuts are. They make a donut that is 1.5 inches wide and about 1/3 of an inch high. The iron gets so hot (there is not temp adjustment) that by the time you get the batter piped into the last one the first ones are burning on the bottom. They produce a tiny (less than half the size of a store bought mini donut) little donut that is too much work to be worth it. It takes dozens of them just to make a dent in your appetite. I returned it and am looking for one that actually makes a good donut.

I like this unit. It bakes very fast so you have to pay attention. Also, it’s a little under 2 inches in diameter. Overall it’s a good buy!
