I purchased this product which appeared to barrive when expected ; however, when put to use the stop was defective. I reached out to the seller on a Sunday morning and was pretty much replied to immediately. By Monday morning the problem was resolved and a new product was sent out. I assumed it was a replacement stopcock and when the replacement arrived it was a whole new funnel. I HIGHLY recommend this seller. I can count the times I've needed to reach out to a seller on one hand and I'm very satisfied I had chosen this seller who was actually chosen for the low price! Don't hesitate....

Bought one several months ago to use in hydrosol distillations. I loved it. Great product. Today, I am buying another. Maybe two. When we went to put this baby in storage a few minutes ago, the glass extension tube broke. User accident. Sad. You have to know you are buying glass lab equipment and if you don't treat it very, very gently, it will break. I only wish the company offered a two for one!!!

........at one tenth the price of a comparable size Corning ware product. I can not attest to its longevity or durabiility. The criticism on this item is that the stopcock occasionally leaks and requires repositioning and tightening, which would be unacceptable with certain liquids...

I like the fact that this separator is slightly shorter and wider than the last one I had. It’s easier to get inside with a brush to clean out. We use it to separate lavender hydrosol from the essential oil. It works perfectly for this!
