I bought this because I have essential tremor, and got tired of chasing the mouthpiece around. It works quite well in stabilizing the trombone, and I am pleased with the results. I would have rated it 56 stars , but it takes some getting used to, and finding just the right angle and height to give me the flexibility I need still gives me some pause.
