I have been looking for something to monitor for possibly leaks in my house. This integrated perfectly into the Eufy app, and gives me peace of mind that I will know if any leaks arise. I like that the batteries are replaceable, so this will not just become e-waste in a few years. The app walks you through testing the monitor and it notified me perfectly in the test simulation. I continue to be very happy with my eufy setup.

We had a slow water leak that went unnoticed for a while and caused some damage that resulted in a considerable renovation/remodel that was overdue anyway. During the renovation I noticed these devices and purchased several to go under sinks, behind the refrigerator & dishwasher and under some replacement incoming water lines in a second house that is older to warn of freezing temperatures and/or leaks. They are trivial to install & test and give us much more peace of mind that we will have early warning of problems in both of these homes.

I do like this water freeze sensor from Wyze. I would like it even better if it could tell me the temperature rather than the just when it bottoms out. Think of the possibilities it you could set for temperature viewing and the warning level.

These are little lifesavers. I have a few around the house - water heater, HVAC, under sinks, washing machine, etc just in case something goes awry. The HVAC one saved my bacon this summer. I do wish they had detachable cord sensors like the Honeywells to go under small areas or wrap around pipes etc. Overall, great sensor.

We got this Eufy Security Water and Freeze Sensor with Remote Alerts, to add to our Eufy system base unit. Easy to follow directions to set up. Leak detection should be excellent as it detected even a little water on the test runs. The only problem we had connecting was due to the network password being changed (our error). I'm super glad we got this and it gives me peace of mind that we can deal with any future leaks where this Eufy sensor is placed. And yes, we got it AFTER we had a leak, fixed the faucet, and cleaned up the mess.

It installs super easily, like all Eufy products, but I had hoped I'd be able to see the temperature through the app manually, but can't.There are also a few spelling errors in the app for this product in the settings, which is concerning for quality.But the product does what it should and is documented to do, which is why it still gets 5 stars.

Please note: The battery has an undetectable wrapper that is hard to see or feel. Being a dummy, I sent two of these sensors back, only to experience the same issue with the replacement set. Scraping the side of the battery revealed the plastic wrap. The sensors now work great, no issues.

We use Eufy cameras and if you're a fan you'll understand the quality and ease of use. These are great and we have 3 stationed around certain appliances. Small sharp and clean.
