Add Sump Pump Alarm System to APP
1.Download the 'Smart Life' App from the Apple App Store or Google Play on your smart device.
2. Long pressing "WiFi Connect Button" of the equipment, till "Bi" is heard along with LED flash, to get into the pairing mode
3. Open "Smart Life" App, click "Add Device" and it will automatically search for nearby devices, when found "Sump Alarm System" device please click to add it.
4. Find your 2.4G WiFi network and enter the password to connect, if don't find in the list, please enter manually, then add device successfully.
5. Enter the App, you can view real-time alert notifications when triggered and historical alert records, whatever you are at home or out also will not miss any reminder.

Let me 1st clear up couple things.. You get 1 Float (Green) and adjustable weight (yellow). The device supports dual floats but only 1 gets shipped. Most of the people won't needs 2nd one.Assembly - Mount black box (Alarm Controller) above where you going to be monitoring (cables for USB-C isn't long) and pair it with you phone. Smart Life recognized as new device right away and was able to add it under 30sec. Insert the yellow weight over the blue float cable (insert the cable into the round hole and not into the cross shaped one) and pull it thru about 1 foot above the float then route the cable the tied to a pipe or side wall of whatever you are monitoring. Ideally you want the float to be suspended hanging down (not alway in water) and the yellow weigh to be even or just below the with intake pipe so in scenario where your pump fails the water entering basin will lift the float before its too late.You connect the float cable into Ground and L1 or L2 terminal. Black to ground, brown to L1 or L2.The way this works is if basin fills up pass the yellow weight (the weight won't float in water but sink pulling the blue cable down) the green float will raise above the yellow weight triggering alarm. Simple concept but works. similar to how sump pump float works. Overall i'm very happy as this device incorporated into existing ecosystem of SmarLife App IOT Things and will alert me when there is issue with sum-pump.

This is a great way to add my effluent tank high level warning to my smart home. I was able to reuse the existing float switch that was already in the tank. Install was simple just put the wires in the terminals and power it up. Adding it to my smart life app was easy just follow the directions for adding a device in the app, put the alarm in pairing mode, and have a 2.4Ghz available.Would have been nice to have some sort of battery backup built into it. Even if it was just for the audible alarm. I have it outside mounted to the side of my house where there is a little coverageThe audible alarm is loud but having Alexa alert me is great, just in case Iรขโฌโขm not home.

This is a really nice WiFi enabled water level alarm. It not only will give a loud audible alarm, but it also has WiFi connectivity to warn if the water lever gets too high in your sump, signaling a sump pump failure.
