I don’t know if this is a new product or my search terms were wrong, but I’ve been looking for over a year for something to keep my teenager from taking thing from my bedroom when I’m not home.Say what you will about my parenting, but for any situation where you want to control access to a room in your house, this lock gets it done.I love the fingerprint access for myself, and then either time or number of use limit codes for others, plus the ability to open it remotely on demand.On demand is a little tricky though, as I’ve found it works inconsistently.I have some misgivings about having yet another Anker smart device in my home (they also have this brand plus Soundcore and others) but this lock is the best option i’ve found.Hoping he price will continue to come down, but it if I need another smart interior lock I’ll buy this again.

Every eufy product I've bought blows away it's competition. This lock has many more functions than some of the cheaper ones, it also works with Alexa and asks you for a pin to unlock the door when you prompt her to unlock the door.

Item came in what looked like used condition. Item also requires drilling into your door directly. Maybe I missed this information on the listing but a disappointment. Returned item. Would keep looking.

I needed a lock for my office door. I'm in and out throughout the day. I wanted something that would allow quick access. I needed something that would auto lock, when I forget to manually lock the door. This lock is perfect for my needs.The fingerprint recognition is really convenient. I don't have to punch in a code each time. The recognition time is very quick. The wifi feature is really handy, in case of emergency, I can remotely open the door. The quality of the lock is good. This feels pretty solid. This was a fairly easy install. The software is easy to use too.

This C33 replaced an older Schlage Smart lever lock that only opened with a code. My wife has long nails & can't enter the code. This C33 has multiple ways to unlock besides a code. In addition to a code, there's a fingerprint reader (that works great), Wi-Fi via the app, physical key, NFC card & Alexa. There's even a power jack in the event the batteries die. There is a battery status icon in the app. It will also send a notication when batteries drop to 20%.Replacement was simple until it came to attaching the back half (contains the batteries). The cable seemed to get in the way preventing the back unit from sitting flush with the door. I moved it around countless times times before it worked. The only modification I had to make was enlarging the door jamb for the Eufy striker plate (Schlage plate wouldn't work). All total it took about one hour.It took another 10 minutes per user to set up in the app, individual codes, fingerprints & Eufy NFC card. NFC cards were an option ($20 for 3 pak). All things considered this is a great well thought out lock except for that cable problem (hope they fix that0.
