Very accurate! Use it for my job to check before and after lighting upgrades. Extending cable enables measurements at arms length or at floor level to avoid shadowing.

Meter works fine. My only complaint is that it doesn't auto-range. We are using this as a replacement for another Extech product that did auto-range, so losing that was kind of a downgrade. If you use it frequently, toggling the range will become second nature. But it is disappointing the product has gotten worse with time instead of better.

Accurate and consistent. Worked perfectly for measuring our xenon lights intensity in the medical device world. Highly recommend.

Works very well, but I have two minor gripes:1. The cord is a little short, so the sensor cannot be too far away from the meter. I use this to measure very low light levels in an enclosure, so this is an issue.2. It measures negative lux levels! How is this possible? Am I standing next to a black hole? They should have bracketed it at 0.

Seems to be as advertised but haven't had a chance to use it.

40 foot candles was not enough for me, I returned this product to order another meter with a range of 40 - 4000 foot candles / 400,000 LUX

Very easy to use. Appears to be quite accurate. My only complaint is that the screen is not back lit. I am using the photometer for evaluating landscape lighting. A lighted display would help in the dark.
