4-2019 They're durable. They come assembled. I already put a couple of them to use. They can stand up to a reasonable amount of force that is required to set them correctly into a pre-drilled stopper without breaking. They have a fill line so that you know how much liquid to add to the air-lock. They have a dust shield/venter that snaps on the top. Simple easy to use and easy to clean. Keep it simple. Good price. Update 7-14-19: Increased rating to 5-stars. These fit any standard pre-drilled plug/stopper and the screw-on pre-drilled tops. I received my original order in April 2019 and since then put all to use as primary or secondary fermenter airlocks. I've even accidentally dropped one or two on the wooden floor with no issues. Apply pressure slowing to the airlock when inserting into the drilled plug/stopper and they should last a long time. I might have to order more airlocks or make start making larger than 1-gallon multiple batches.

Simple, easy to use airlock; gets the job done. Bought for myself and a group of friends, and between use have a bunch of fruit wines and a mead currently underway. Perfect for secondary fermentation, fine for primary as long as the batch doesn't have pulp, or if so, the level is kept way below the airlock (common sense - I had a batch which erupted into the airlock, due to an over-active fermentation, pulp causing a pressure buildup in the flask, and the small holes inside the airlock itself). You'll also need a stopper (typically size 4-6, depending on the container) to pair with the airlock itself. No issues with cleaning so far, and the release of gases from the airlock is pretty quiet even in the vigorous stages of fermentation. Came pretty well packaged also. Would buy again

They bubble and seal well. Only complaint - a little flimsy so be careful when inserting them. May want to wet your grommet first so they seat easier - I snapped one in half while trying to insert into my fermenter lid. But if you're careful they're a good deal for 5.

I purchased these to replace the airlocks that came with a couple of carboy purchases. These are sturdy plastic and resist bending like some other ones I have tried. But what has really sold me is that these are slightly shorter than other designs, which makes it easier for me to store these on a shelf while fermenting.

These work great & are easy to use. I have not determined a good way to clean them in the event you fill your jug too full & the fermenting wine gets into the airlock, bottle brushes aren't quit long enough. They are durable enough & I haven't broken any yet - I am usually good at doing this so that is a good thing!

We need these for wine and beer fermenting. Exactly what we were looking for. Kinda thin, but most of these types are. But for the price I'm OK if they break after a few uses then I'd just buy more. =P.

Airlocks - they do what they say, aren't flimsy and are versatile. I use these for mead, wine and sometimes other veg ferments when I need to keep oxidation at bay. The price is OK, especially if you've got prime.

Es un buen producto, el plástico se siente rÃgido y de muy buena calidad, además que para el precio (aprox. $30 MXN por cada uno y vienen 5 en el paquete) es muy buen producto.
