Fast delivery. Great rock chisels. The rocks could not resist, and they broke down easily. My aim is great but I still appreciate the handle on the chisel that improves grip and also has protection at the top so my hand doesn't get smashed by a bad hammer swing.

The hand guards work great, and the metal itself is strong. Works exactly like you'd expect, haven't had any problems.

Affordable, sturdy chisels. After some yse the guard slipped a bit and became flush with the butt end of the chisel. While that happened sooner than expected, once its worked in that position the guard will stay there for good. Its not problematic, I'm just surprised the guard isn't already set to be flush, or reinforced to not slip to that position. I've torn through agate, river rocks, and some igneous with little wear to the chisel. I also demo'd a chimney with this chisel set, which was actually faster to use with a 3lbs hammer instead of a hammer drill. If they get busted up, I'll gladly order more of these for the price! But so far they've only made me money and helped my rock hounding hobby for a small price tag!

Had to break up about 10sqft of concrete slab to repair a pipe. After saw cutting I used these to break it into pieces, much quieter than a jackhammer. They have a nice handle that protects your hand and they seem like a durable type of steel with the correct hardness for the application. Minimal wear after this project and I’m impressed how they held up after being beat on with a small sledge. A lot of off brand tools on Amazon are junk but they are worth it

Color makes it easy to spot and always look back before you leave a location or you might forget these chisels or your rock hammer. I also spray Day-Glo orange paint on heavier hammers like 3 and 4 pound hammers so as not to forget them. Yes you do need to spray some flat white aerosol paint on the hammer head first before spraying Day-glow orange paint on the hammer head. Or use "flagger " tape on your tools so you do not lose any. Seem to be well made and has good hand protection.

I bought these because I have a lot of rocks on my property that contain fossilized coral, shells and plants. These chisels work great and I am able to spilt the rocks exactly where I want them to split.

Have been using these consistently since last summer, I mine for crystals in Herkimer NY and the stone is very hard there. I got a couple mason chisels at Lowes before heading out just making sure that I had a few more and boy am I upset I didn't just purchase a couple more of these. I believe the brand was Irwin or something(name brand). I used them ONCE and they broke. wrong place for that review but too compare too a name brand these chisels knocked them out of them water. I'm still using them to this day and will be using them again a few times this weekend.

These are great for rockhounding especially when going with kids as the hand protection makes things a little safer and prevents smashed thumbs.

I would say this is a good tool for softer stone/concrete work, but the quality of "chrome-vanadium steel CRV steel" leaves little to be desired. Attempting to bore a hole in bolder to set rebar and within 2 strikes the tip shattered, I'm assuming the bolder is andesite or granite. Taking this as a lesson for buying tools online, don't make my mistake.
