I'm not much of a fish eater, but these, together with a fork, work great for removing the nasty tendons out of chicken tenders before cooking them. Much easier than trying to grab the slippery tendons with a paper towel.

Easy grip handles and great size for bones, but needs better grip. Curved shape is ideal. I like it but don't love it for small bones.

No texture on inner "blades" of pliers (directional polish shows signs yet lacks the texture) so no "teeth" for grip of bones, the gaps and unevenness between the closed "blades" will not hold bones, did a quick test, zero grip of bones.Great intention, terrible execution. I wish the "blades" closed without gap, the blades were even (these are very different), wishing for texture that promotes bone gripping. Waste of $.

These fish bone pliars work well with the bent tips and and strong covered handles. They allow you to grab the fish bones and get them out!

They dont work. I was trying to remove bones from cod. I have up and cut them out instead.
