Does what it should, fits balcar/pcb on bowens modifiers and has a sturdy biuld. The only thing is I wish the thread on the locking screw was a bit thicker so it wouldn't feel like I'm gonna break it lol

I bought an Alien Bees strobe (the pink one) and then realized the light box I got was a the wrong adaptor for it! Got this guy and I can use the 60" octabox with the Alien Bee. Super simple fix.

I've always used Paul Buff lights, and I've been frustrated that their mounting system sometimes comes across as less sturdy than I would like, but this - is a game changer. Absolutely LOVE this product. Will buy another set so that I can use any modifiers I want with my Einsteins and White Lightning lights.

Excellent construction. Does the job. One issue to consider is that the light is slightly collimated due to the flash bulb being further back. But I do mostly long narrow soft-boxes so this is not a problem. I recommend the product.

Looks very durable, and does what it is supposed to.I am just not very comfortable using this with a big light box. The locking screw is quite weak and a bit finicky to use.I don't get why the inside in painted black, it would be better if it was silver.I will keep it to use with a beauty dish or a reflector, but for my softboxes I mush rather use a balcar speedring insert with a universal speedring.

I was to receive an adapter for a Bowen mount to an Alien Bee light - and YOU SENT ME A DIFFERENT ADAPTER THAN THE ONE IN THE PICTURE. And I had a shoot booked...which now had to cancel. It's just bad service, period. I don't understand how businesses do this stuff.
