I got this nice shower kit with a rainfall shower head that came with a hand-held shower piece. The problem is, I didn't realize that the kit was meant for a shower only set up. My bath has a garden bathtub with the pull on top of the tub faucet that diverts the water to the showerhead. What I'm trying to say is in order to use both the rainfall showerhead AND the hand-held piece (since I could not install the shower only parts in the kit) I needed a diverter to screw in between the rainfall showerhead and the hand-held shower piece so I could change over from one to the other. Had I wanted to spend several hours changing over the tub into just a shower (by tearing out the wall to change the fixtures), this piece would not be necessary. As it is, my set up works just as I need it to with this diverter and it was an easy fix so that I can stand under that large, relaxing rainfall showerhead and let it take my muscle aches away and then flip the little knob to the hand-held to get the suds off when I'm into the cleaning part of my shower. BTW, my shower pieces are matte black so this was perfect!

I was upgrading my parents shower head with a handheld showerhead and realized that I needed a diverter after looking at Home Depot and Lowe's for one I decided to search on Amazon and I'm glad I did. This diverter was not only half the price but it looked just the same if not better. It works great no leaks and it was easy to install and is easy to use, I also like that it fit the adapter that I had to install as well.

This was a great purchase since I have a showerhead already that I like. I just wanted to add a wand to my shower so I bought this. Hard to install but once I gota wrench to help tighten it, it didn’t leak anymore. I was about to return it since it was leaking when I ran the shower but thought maybe I just wasn’t getting it tight enough with my hand. Wand needs to be on the right so it does not loosen up when you put the wand in and out of the holder. Other than that, overall a great product once I got it on there properly.

Leaks around threads like Niagara Falls. I've installed 100's of plumbing items so it is NOT me. They machine cut the threads with the wrong sized, or worn out cutters. Requires lots of plumbers putty AND thick Teflon tape. VERY POOR quality. Do NOT buy unless you know how to fix this poorly made product. Just the normal Teflon tape application will NOT do.

The o-rings do not fit leaks all over. I did however find a o-ring that works but i shouldn't have too.2. Once all is fitted it is loose and will turn the unit it is attached to pretty easy. Overall it works for the price i cant expect the moon and stars.

I almost bought a new shower head set that included the handheld wand, but I was hesitant because I didn't want to spend the extra money considering I already had a shower head and a wand. I ended up coming across this and I'm glad I did because it was way cheaper than purchasing a whole new unit and it was easy to install.

Très bon matériel, et de grande bonne qualité .Qu'on trouve en magasin bien plus cher ...Déjà en possession depuis plus de 13 ou 14 ans, j'ai acheté le même pour équiper la douche d'une deuxième salle de bain.

Come dalla descrizione di Amazon, cercavo un deviatore per poter aggiungere una doccetta a mano alla classica doccia a caduta. Il deviatore e' in metallo e sembra di buona fattura, appena montato e funziona regolarmente.Ho molto apprezzato il confezionamento, contenente anche 3 guarnizioni ed un piccolo quantitativo di nastro in teflon per poter completare il montaggio senza dover cercare e/o acquistare altri componenti.
