This Gaiam band is great. It is easy to use. Currently I use it to stretch my hamstrings. It is very helpful and easy to tuck in my bag to take to the gym. Gaiam products seem to hold up well and take a beating. I am glad I bought this stretching band!

This was sort of a "why not" kind of purchase but I am so glad I bought it! It has truly improved my stretching sessions and provided much relief. I love the quality and the resistance feels just right. Definitely recommend!

This band isn’t as strong a resistance as the rubber tube stretch exercise bands. It works great for recuperating from a shoulder injury.

In recovery from an ankle break and when I’m doing my physical therapy, sometimes I feel like I need to stretch throughout the day. This is a great you can use one of the loops to put around your ankle and perform various other stretches.

This band is great for my physo and I find it helps alot. It is very sturdy and stretchy without being to stretchy .
