This arrived with several parts damaged. The power cord connector (plastic to reinforce where the cord connects) was broken into several pieces, the speed control knob was snapped off, and even one of the bits was broken in half.

Drill works well, but you cannot replace or purchase the annular cutters that come with the drill. Try to contact them via their telephone information. Not possible to talk to anybody who understood English. Try to contact via email, no result. I would not purchase anything from this company.
