The quality of the hose and regulator are decent, nothing special. Although it includes one brass adapter, i still had to run to Home Depot and buy the adapters needed to connect gas line to the original valve. You can find a few vids on youtube that show how to do this. As shown in a few of the videos, for best results you must clean out all those tiny little holes in the burner tube (see phot of burner tube)i used a small “T†pin but a paper clip straightened out will work well. DO NOT drill the holes out to clean them. just work the end of the paper clip in the hole and wiggle it around, just enough to clear the hole of any debris.Once you install the new hose the regulator is now no longer up on the grill behind your flame adjustment knob. That knob still works it when you light the grill for the first time after this modification, you will need to adjust gas flow with the red knob on regulator at the tank. After that you turn your tank on and off with the handle knob that comes on the tank. Once you get everything dialed in, the flame is better than original and very consistent all the way around the burner tube. From gathering my tools to finishing up it took about 1hr.You will want a pair of latex gloves and perhaps a new foil drip tray.Much cheaper than genuine Weber parts and works great.

I bought this for a grill and it works find in the lowest setting. It is probably too much for a grill but it surpasses the original by allowing way more gas flow. I could melt my grill with it if I wanted to. I just hope it lasts longer than the stock one. So far so good.

The hose on this regulator is heavy and long. I like being able to keep the propane tank well away from the burner when using and this one does the trick. The regulator works very well. I do recommend the purchase of this product.

My grill just did not have the heat. Replaced the original regulator with a similar one with no joy. I then bought this one and put it on and now I have heat! Be careful though you can put it in too much gas and the flame will blow out and you will be sending gas through your system! Also used this for a portable fire pit and the flame is much bigger and warmer when needed.

I bought two of them now neither one of them work I think it's a piece of crap but that's my personal opinion tried to reset the safety thing multiple times not working going to throw them in the garbage they're junk

J'étais rendu à trois régulateur de pression avec des problèmes de gaz qui ne sort pas quand les températures extérieures étais à 30° avec lui pas de problème c'est toi qui gère la pression c'est fatiguant de tjrs l'ajuster à chaque fois mais au moin sa fonctionne très bien!!

The Propane Regulator, while very easy to install, can be a bit tricky to adjust for BBQ use due to its pressure valve. Better suited for applications that don't already have a valve like a BBQ.
