Received without instructions, one cassette is missing, battery compartment is damaged, recorded tape whines and has background hum. Cannot be used for intended purposes.

I've already reviewed this purchase but will state again that it came with no cassette and no instructions. How was I supposed to know how to use it?

I found a bunch of my old cassettes, but my cassette player didn't work anymore. Found this and was able to listen to the old memories from 40 years ago.

This product did not work to my satisfaction. The recording would not play back clearly. It was garbled. By the time I decided that I did not want to deal with the problem, it was too late to return it by a day. ): Bummer. I am not sure what to do with it other than put it in the trash
