We have been told even by Polaris dealers we might just have to live with shifter problems in our 2015 900 Ranger Crew BUT this cable fixed ours is good as new!! My original cable failed and I bought this one hoping it would serve well. From the day I purchased my 2015 Ranger Crew the shift has been extremely hard to operate and engage in the selected position. Dealer said that was just how Polaris engineered it. I'm glad that cable failed because this replacement is soooo much smoother and easy to operate. Definitely would recommend this replacement cable. Wish it came with lock nuts but not a big deal since I bought new ones at the local hardware store.

Everything was good minus the rubber boot clamps, they were not crimped very good so I added a zip tie to each end, problem solved, just completed installing this shift cable it's working great, longevity is to be seen but at a third of OEM price I am willing to gamble, hopefully this review helps someone
