This fingerprint door lock is fantastic! Installation was quick and easy, and programming it was just as simple. After downloading the app, it took less than two minutes to scan in my whole family’s fingerprints — super convenient.One of my favorite features is that you manually turn the lock instead of a motor doing it for you. Because of that, the battery lasts so much longer than other keyless deadbolts I’ve used. Plus, it’s rechargeable with a USB-C cord, so no more wasting money (or creating waste) with disposable batteries.Overall, it’s reliable, user-friendly, and energy-efficient. I absolutely love it and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a smart lock upgrade!

So this is a wonderful product! We needed a smaller keyless deadbolt to fit with our big doorknob, and this has been great. The only thing I will say is that it NEEDS to be charged with a portable charger, USB-A to USB-C. I tried avoiding having to buy a portable charger, but the times that I have charged it by using a wall plug in, it didn’t even last a week. But using a portable charger has actually charged it fully and it has lasted. As annoying as it is, it is essential!

Helpful to know up front what this does and does not do. It does work great for using up to 20 fingerprints to unlock and lock the door with no problem. It also can connect to phone via Bluetooth if needed to adjust settings or add prints. What it does not do is connect to WiFi or Amazon or google directly which means no remote locking or unlocking. Also doesn’t seem to have an auto lock feature, but for the price it’s great and was easy to install - my finger print is now my key (also comes with a set of real keys). Also to recharge a portable usb c charger or long usb c cable would be needed (not included).

I recently installed the GeekTale Fingerprint Deadbolt Lock, and I couldn't be happier! The three unlocking methods fingerprint, Bluetooth, and backup keys make it incredibly convenient. I love how fast the fingerprint recognition is; it unlocks instantly! Installation was okay, taking around 30 minutes. Plus, the battery life is impressive; I charged it once and it’s still going strong after weeks of use. With its waterproof design, I feel confident it’ll hold up in any weather but that is not something I would need utmost in a locker. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a smart and secure entry solution!

All the other ones are bulky requires 4 AA batteries. The compactness is perfect fit. Everything is perfect except for 2 things. It would be nice if I can set it to auto lock. Secondly it would be nice if it can connect to gateway so I can control it remotely like the Smonet smart lock. I like how it has battery indicator on the app.

Fit in deadbolt hole without any modifications. Had to download an app but it was easy. Set up for my finger and my wife's finger were not an issue and it looks and feels good quality.

I have a total of 9 geektale locks in my house. I love them. They are super easy to use. The app could use some serious work though. Even though the locks I have are wifi and bluetooth, I have to wait for the Bluetooth to connect to be able to unlock a door with some of my locks. The app kicks me out frequently.
