I use it at work a few times per week. So far, it’s sturdy and gets the job done nicely. My only complaint is that the screen does not photograph well on my iPhone. This is important as I need photographic evidence of the readings I take. I really like the storage bag that it comes with.

In the scanning mode it would not repeat the value after scanning the same area multiple times.

I first bought one of this meter and found it's pin mode number 2x that of my Protimeter. I know painless measurements are relative so I am not comparing that at all. Then I bought a 2nd to see see if the 2nd one would give me consistent reading. It doesn't! Then I bought a 3rd one just to see which two will be consistent and those are the ones I will keep. As it turned out, the pinless modes across 3 devices gave me totally different numbers.The pin mode is acceptably consistent. RH reading is okay but not great.If you have multiple technicians to take readings and want consistent monitoring documentation, look elsewhere. I later bought two Extexh meters with IR reading, they are more than double the price but give me very consistent pinless moisture reading between the two meters.

Bought this a professional tool for our office staff and found it to be very forgiving and responsive. The array of readings packed into one device is impressive, and it's easy to use. It has my recommendation

These meters are terrible and completely inaccurate. A complete waste of money. My opinion would be to not buy this product.
