I put the strings on a Gretsch Jim Dandy with a standard E-tuning. Nice bright sound which works well as a different voice/track used in conjunction with a Taylor acoustic while recording. Really like them.

The strings say that they are designed for nashville tuning but when I go to tune the low e for regular tuning snapped before I even made it to where that string is supposed to be for nashville tuning
