Great tripod, very sturdy held my godox flash with square soft box with no issues. will be buying another to replace 2nd flash stand.

While it is somewhat lightweight, it comes at the price of feeling very flimsy. The stand is held at the base with 3 legs that have no rubber support whatsoever, so it slides around and the stem is extremely top heavy when a light and softbox is attached. Consider a different brand.
