I took a chance (it was hard to tell just looking on line) but they fit my Valore range hood. One light on the hood (the original light) went out after very little use (it was on for only a few minutes and just a few times!). so it will be interesting to see how long the new bulb lasts. Hopefully, the original going out so quickly was just a fluke and I'll have a bunch of lights sitting around for a long time.Added May 21, 2020 - the replacement bulb is still going strong. So they are good and looks like I will have them for a long time LOL. The original bulb in the Valore Range Hood was bad.Added March 20, 2022: I had to replace the other original light (left side) more than a year ago. The replacement is still going strong!

For the price, my expectations are not very high, but for the price, I couldn’t not give these bulbs a try. I will say, they’re packaged well in a nice protective foam.I think I installed the first one maybe two weeks ago. Since this type of bulb generally lasts a couple years, time will tell if these go the distance. But the color is a tad different form the Philips brand I had before; it’s not quite as intense. So sometimes I feel like a shadow is over me and check to see if the bulb is still functioning. But I’m not sure if that’s a bad thing. The others are incredibly bright.Other than that, so far, so good. If I need to come back to update because of a major issue, I will. But for now, the bulb works.

I dislike this type of light bulb. I dislike them very much.Yet some light manufacturers insist on using them, and one of them was in the house I bought. I haven't gotten to remodeling the bathrooms (yet -- it's coming), so I'm stuck with it for the moment.These bulbs are easy to remove but hard to put in. You have to line it up *just* right, and then put some pressure on to twist it before it locks into place.I really dislike them. It took me three tries before I had all four of them in place.Anyway, they're good quality bulbs. The light is much brighter than the old bulbs.Despite this, I came with my own celebrity endorsement.Mr. T says, "I pity the fool who has to install these bulbs!"5/5 for the light, 1/5 for the installation.

Good light bulbs, they work. They don’t last super long compared to standard bulbs, but I’ve found that’s true of all bulbs of this type; it is not this specific brand or listing that has problems. I will buy this again next time I need bulbs!

SOO BRIGHT!! We have a 4-bulb lighting fixture in our kitchen with these light bulbs. Up until now, we’ve never had all four with working light bulbs. Wow!! Our kitchen is so bright now! Which is nice for washing dishes, cleaning counters and floors, and cooking.Order came on time and quick.If you’ve never used these light bulbs before, I’m fairly certain they’re the same as lamps for a theatre light in that you need to not touch the lamp, so you need to use a cloth when handling them. (This comes from when one of ours burnt out so my husband went to move a working one into that one’s place to balance out the light until our order came and that working lamp (bulb) no longer worked because he used his bare hands). So when these came in the mail I was sure to use a cloth and they all work - I used to work in theatre lighting design. Take your chances if you wish.

The outer rim seal that holds the cover over the bulb is brittle and plastic. Some had already broken off in shipping and where rattling around in the box. If you are using a suction installation tool you can expect them to crack causing the shield to rip off and remain stuck to the suction tool. The lights are warm, and they work well in my Broan range hood cover which has a low & bright light setting. The price point was ok and enough remained in tact that I decided not to return, but I’d definitely pay a bit more for a better product next time. I cannot speak for longevity yet as I’ve only had them for a short time.
