This is an amazing pump for the price. I have had this pump for 7 years.PROS: Horse Power, Simple to install with common knowledge, Quite.CONS: The skimmer top handle started to crack after the first year but has lasted 7 years. My pump did crack in the same place that 3 star reviewers did but it lasted 7 years...I agree they could do better with the quality...however for the price I can't complain.Ordering another one today.

This thing is almost too powerful. If there is a thing! I h e 1-1/2 inch pool hoses. This thing runs almost 20 psi. Ridiculous amount of power and volume. This is first season used, so I may come and edit after next season. So far I am impressed. Not too expensive. Texas heat hasn’t tripped it yet. And it’s pretty easily adaptable to any filter system.Update: Season 3 in full swing and not a single issue so far. 10 out of 10. Did upgrade hoses to rigid spa hose.

Pump started working out fine but about 3 week after normal use started making an unusual humming noise that has persisted during the remainder of the summer. Not sure if I 'd buy again.

I have purchased / exchanged three of these pumps.They fail in multiple ways.They short out internally.They leak from the filter top ( you can't tighten it enough).They leak from where the housings come together.They leak at the bolts.They leak through the side of the case (poor mold / craftsmanship).This has cost us so much money in chemicals, as we are on well water, everytime we have time refill our 48 x 21 x 5 pool..They take forever to respond or reply and until you get Amazon customer service involved, they play games and pretend to not know what you're talking about. My last replacement pump was purchased in November or 2021... None have lasted a full 12 months.

This pump ran for 3 years before housing gasket sprung a leak and shot water all over lowering my pool level. I had alot more expensive pumps last only a year or two. I always keep an extra of these on hand and if I have issues I can swap out easy using quick connects.The previous one lasted 2.5 yrs so very happy with performance. Sometimes they are loud but not every one is.I could not find parts for them, a real bummer. I need a new housing gasket. The motor, impeller are still good condition.

For the money,this is an awesome pump,this thing is powerful,I had to remove the the water output director can't go from 2 inch pipe to a 3/4 outlet,too much restriction,but this pump is awesome and quiet and for alot less than a hayward

Seems like a pretty powerful pump for 110. Instillation was a nightmare had to use 1 1/2 inch pvc to go inside the fitting that came with it and then upsize it to the 2 inch pipe. Will see how well it does in a little bit but the power is pretty good for the price if it lasts.

J'ai utilisé se produit pour une piscine creuser au début ça m'a vraiment dégoûté car elle arrive pas à amorcé mais avec le temps la pompe a démarrer parce-que et une pompe auto amorcante je suis fière de mon achat un produit de haute qualité et le prix aussi,je recommande
