In my shop it worked perfectly, good system the open arm, we had to read the instructions carefully but it worked without any problems, quality 5/5

The instructions are a little confusing. The arm mounted to the door frame needs to be perpendicular to the frame, not 75 or 85 degrees but 90 degrees. Otherwise the door will not shut properly. 🚪

I needed to do a parallel arm install. The bracket included was not the same as in the directions, I could figure that part out. But when I went to set the arm on the closer mechanism, following the directions, it would have held my door open not close it. After 2 days of trying to make it work I sent it back

not reliable . one day, the oil grase came out from the device, lost the retaining power after 6 mos used. door got slammed push outward.
