Simple Set Up
Our classy clock is extremely easy to set. It is battery operated (requiring 2 AA batteries -not included). The time can be set by turning the time-set knob on the back of the clock movement.

It's a generic quartz clock movement, with the added pendulum feature, which is strictly decorative, not a functional pendulum that's driving the clock - - the clock is driving the pendulum. It functions well. My only issue was that the hands were way too long for the clock it went into, but a little creative trimming made it work (the old hands used a different fastening method and just didn't fit.) The hands are soft aluminum and can be easily cut with a decent pair of scissors.

I ordered this to replace an old worn out movement in an antique clock. It took all of 15 minutes to install and really adds a touch of class to the clock. The second hand is a really cool improvement. The old movement didn't have that. It's been running for about 48 hours now and is keeping time perfectly. The hands are well made and look great. If you need a new movement, this is a great option.

Really easy to install, only lost a couple of minutes the first two days. After a month, time loss became for frequent. In the last week, it has stopped completely. If I jostle the clock or open the clock face, it will run foe a couple of minutes before stopping. I'm not going to bother with returns as the cost was not worth the hassle. I'll spend a little more on the next one.Fast Forward: I took a close look at the hands and discovered the convex glass on the clock face was slightly pushing down on the second hand. This effectively stopped the movement. I trimmed 3/4" off of the second hand and it seems to be working. If it holds the correct time for a couple of weeks, I'll bump the stars up.February, 2022. It's still running, however it consistently gains about 2 minutes a day. Fresh battery made no difference.

We installed this works in January and by mid February it was losing an hour or two in 8 hours. Of course we’re past our Amazon return time. I sent an email to the manufacturer but no response.

I bought this clock movement to repair an old clock that had stopped keeping time. The old one had chimes, but I had them shut off anyway, so I purchased this one without the chime. It has kept perfect time for the last month and the pendulum is still swinging. I just used the pendulum that came with the old clock. I had to adjust the length of the "bob" a little at a time, until I found the right length to keep it swinging. All in All it was a great value for fixing an old, solid oak, regulator style clock.
