If you enjoy eating ice this product prepares a quick and soft bite of ice in 2 sizes. The ice is a solid white, not the usual clear color. Time for the ice to prepare isn’t too long. I’m highly satisfied with my HiCozy Ice Maker.

It was small and compact. While it did make ice pretty quickly, it doesn’t stay cold very long. Requires constant emptying to make a usable batch of ice. If you want this for personal use of a drink at a time sure, but for regular use or even a hot day it’s too small a capacity. Since it does melt quickly it has a tendency to leak whenever you open up the bin also.

I like that is is small and doesn’t take up a lot of counter space. However the drawer leaked ALL THE TIME. I had to keep a paper towel under it and change it often. It was like having a baby and changing the diaper all the time.

After deciding to purchase an icemaker, I wasn't sure what type or size to buy. The HICOZY icemaker is the perfect size for the space and produces nice cubes. I don't ever have to worry about buying a bag of ice again.Thanks for the product.

We have had 2 ice machines just stop working after a year or so. This one we are hoping lasts. So far it is efficient with the time it takes to make ice. The ice size is great. Love the drawer in the front. Makes it so much easier to get ice. It also gets much less dirty this way.

I had to replace my old icemaker and this is wat I chose. I love the fact that it has a pull out drawer instead of the open top, so that way it will fit nicer in where I have it. While the noice does not bother me, I do see where it can with some people if you are keeping it in a small space, but if it is in the kitchen you will be fine.

Unit was working great for the first bit and now it says ice tray is full , witch is empty and also going into cleaning mode and doesn't do anything, very bad unit.

The machine probably works fine, but we were looking for a larger capacity. The picture doesn’t do it justice, but the ice making rate was equal to our old machine. Nonetheless we returned it.
